These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website www.fuckthisandthat.com and the purchase of our print on demand products through our vendor Spring by Amaze. By accessing our site or purchasing products, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. General Conditions
- All items are purchased through Spring's website - Please the Terms of Use for our store here - Fuck this and that
- Our products are made to order. Therefore, processing and shipping times are estimates, not guarantees.
2. Print on Demand Service
- Production: Products are printed upon order confirmation. Due to the nature of custom printing, small variations in color, placement, or size may occur. These are not considered defects.
- Order Changes/Cancellations: Once an order enters production, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
3. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
- Custom Items: Because all products are custom-made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for user errors, such as incorrect sizing, color selection, or spelling errors in submitted designs.

- Unclaimed/Returned Shipments: Shipments returned due to an incorrect address or failure to collect from the post office will not be reshipped for free. You will be responsible for reshipping costs.
5. Shipping and Delivery
- Shipping times are estimates and may vary based on location and carrier efficiency.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
6. Limitation of Liability
- Fuck this and that shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or services.
- Our liability for any order is limited to the purchase price of that order.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pennsylvania, USA
